CANCELLATION POLICY:

All cancellations are subject to a minimum of 5% charge(when credit card was used for payment, plus the following schedule:

1. Reservations cancelled 30 days or more prior to the reservation date are subject to a minimum of 17% of the total reservation costs,

2. Cancellations received 14-29 days prior to the reservation date are subject to a 25% fee.

3. Cancellations received 7-13 days prior to the reservation date are subject to a 60% fee.

4. Cancellations received 3-7 days prior to the reservation date are subject to a 75% fee.

5. Cancellations received 72 hrs or less, prior to the reservation date are subject to a 100% fee.

NOTE: AA Elegant Limousine may at its discretion, on a case-by-case situation, wave part or all cancellation fees when a reservation is postponed as opposed to being canceled.
